Built by someone doing the work.
Founder Matthew Na spent 17 years at Samsung Electronics, where structured workforce systems were part of everyday operations. Today, he manages operations at a small private school in New York, where he saw attendance, leave, special shifts, transportation, facilities, and other critical workflows still being managed through spreadsheets, messages, and manual follow-up.
ClearOps Labs was created to turn firsthand operational problems into practical, accountable software for small schools and mission-driven organizations.
Who we serve
Private schools, boarding schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations. These organizations need dependable operational systems but often cannot support expensive enterprise software, complicated implementation, or ongoing technical administration.
Product approach
ClearOps Labs starts with focused products for urgent operational workflows. OAc Time is the flagship today. Over time, these products can share a common foundation for organizations, permissions, records, and accountability — creating a connected operations platform for small schools and mission-driven organizations.
